In this case Ahmetaj is charged with “abuse of task” during the company's privatisation procedure “Buka chess”, bringing a damage of millions of euros to the state budget. This case comes for the second time for the preliminary hearing. In December 2024 JCKKO decided to return the investigation file to SPAK.
