The suspect in the murder of victim N.G., Alban Gashi, who is still on the run through his lawyer- Fanol Krasniqi, by means of a letter to the police, has given his version of the 25 March murder that took place at “4Lulas” in Pristina, claiming that the victim was shot by the wounded Miftar Miftari.

On March 25, 2025, as a result of two suspects shootings, the N.G. has been killed, on the “Rrustem Hyseni” street in the neighbourhood known as “4Lulat” in Pristina, while the wounded Miftar Miftar, follows Periscope.

What is the version of the fugitive Gashi?

In the letter that the lawyer Krasniqi has addressed to police investigators, which he has provided “Justice Bet”, the suspect's family has repeatedly authorized him to represent it and that he has also communicated with it on social networks, which through it has shown its version of the event.

According to the letter, the beginning of Gashi's problem with Miftar (known under Duqi) has started in Spain's state, when Miftari had been in relation to a woman who was later associated with a person named Alban (his name is unknown), but whom he thought was Gashi himself.

Always according to the letter Gashi has sent to the investigators through the lawyer with the reasoning of clarifying the case, it is said that Miftar has insulted and offended Gashi with family members -- the wife and the minor daughter, to the threat of his father. Later, it is said that Miftari had even gone to Gashi's apartment where he had stabbed her, even attempted to slaughter her.

The owner of Gashi's rented apartment is also claimed to have been run by Miftari, which she later expelled Gashi from the apartment. Later, Gashi reportedly was forced to flee to France to his wife and minor daughter, and on March 24, 2025, he comes to Kosovo visiting his parents.

Always according to the letter, once Gashi entered the bar, Miftari had issued a voice and asked guests not to move and for a moment fired at Gashi four times, wounding him in the right leg.

According to Alban, the gun hasn't been read until Miftar fired all the bullets he had in his gun.
