The Catalan newspaper confirms: Barcelona is watching Edon Zegrov

Edon Zegrov will leave Leelle in the summer, yet it is not known where I will continue my career.

Catalan Journal SPORT Edon Zegrov has been firmly placed on Barcelona's radar this summer, as the club has closely monitored the talented attacker.

Kosovo resident, currently playing for Leele, is ready to leave the French club after informing them he will not renew his contract, which expires in 2026, Telegrafi reports Periscope.

Barcelona's scouts have been particularly focused on Zegrova, impressed by his presentations this season, especially in the Champions League, where he played key roles in the victories against Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

Zegrov, known for his skills in the drive, the ability to score and skills on the right arm, has long expressed his admiration for Barcelona.

His talent has made him one of the most prominent players of the season, and Barcelona sees it as a possible addition to strengthening their attack.

While the club is aware of its capabilities, they have not yet made an official move, despite its involvement in their soututism reports along with Lee's teammates as goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier and assailant Jonathan David. Lille, who signed Zegrova for a little over 7m euros in 2021, is demanding over 30m euros on the side, but they may be willing to negotiate to avoid his free defeat when his contract ends in 2026.

Although Naples has expressed interest and has met with its representatives, Barcelona remains the player's favourite destination, but an agreement has yet to be realised.
