The beatman suffered a injury and couldn't keep up the fight.
This led Coach Antonio Ctete to replace him with Brazilian defender Juan Jesus.
The level of Canton's injury is not yet known, but it seriously jeopardises the gathering of Kosovo for the match against Iceland, which takes place on March 20th and 23rd.
By the time the wound was done, Bemerman was the best on the field, and at one point even escaped the goal by taking the ball away from the gate line.
Naples has reached no more than a 0-0 draw on its journey to Venice.
