At the Constitutional Court in Pristina this Friday, he has continued his testimony before the court, witness Mustaf Puluzina, in the trial of war crimes indictee Sladan Trajkovic.
Initially, at this session it was scheduled for the defense of indictee Trajkovic to question witness Puluzina, but indictee Trajkovic's defender, lawyer Dejan Vasic said there were no questions about the witness.
The witness had some questions about the accused Trajkovic himself, who linked his question with the testimony of the Pluzina from the previous hearing, asking the question that after he had released the witness's nephew or helped his son, he also saw it help another Albanian. The Witness Puluzina responded by telling the court that he did not help them.
I didn't see anyone else help that day”, Pluzhani said.
On the other hand, questioned by the head of the court, Judge Arrini regarding whether there was anything else to add, the Puluzina witness confessed some of his experiences from the critical day.
He said that they were originally sent to the sports room in Vushtrri where they were also tortured but that he had failed to see anyone, since he believed that the hall was dark and lightless.
In addition, according to witness Pluzina, he was questioned by Serbian Police Commander Dragan Petroviqi, whether he was alone or with family and where his son was. He said I responded by saying I don't know, and then he was sent to make a statement, where he was obliged to sign a decision that, according to the witness only after the signing, he knew what was written in it.
“... In that decision, written from January 01st 1999 to April 18, 1999, Mustaf Puluzina killed 108 soldiers in Chikatova...”, he said. /Betimy Justice
