(a year ago)In Kosovo, polling stations are closed. Now they can only vote who were inside the centres, but others are not allowed to vote. According to DnV, 38% of citizens have voted until 5:00. Confirmation from the CEC is expected. Several televisions are now expected to publish Exit-Polettes.
