Regional Police Director in Ferizaj, Lieutenant Colonel Faton Plana, along with his staff, have met today's commander of KFOR Command for the West Region, Colonel Francesco Errico.
During the meeting, as indicated in a news release, Plana briefed Errico and his staff on the security situation in the region, which he praised as calm. He also introduced some of the activities undertaken by Regional Police for preventing incidents and accidents.
The meeting also reportedly discussed further advancement of co-operation between the police and the forces of Italian KFOR, with the aim of preserving and strengthening overall security in the region.
