Problems have emerged on the Central Election Commission website again.
The electronic platform has fallen off the system, where it is currently impossible to see the preliminary results.
The CEC site has faced problems since the closure of seats, where numerous complaints from all parties have been filed.
This Tuesday has started counting votes for MPs' candidates, while without counting are conditional votes, those of persons with special needs and diaspora votes.
