Benzema doesn't account for Ronaldo as the best in history.

Earlier this month, Real Madrid's legend had declared to be the best player of all time, before Lionel Messes, Maradona and Peles.

This comment sparked heated internet debate, but was also addressed by former Portuguese associate Reali.

During the start of last week, Carim Benzema was asked by “TNT Sports Br” for Ronaldo's comment, and surprisingly, French icons disagree with his stance.

Everybody says what they want. For me, it's Ronaldo Fenoman. I don't like making comparisons between players, each has its own history, but I think itss is the best”, Benzema said first.

Benzema also spoke of his former associate, Winnitius Jr, who had only the best of words.

“He's Real Madrid's most crucial player, he's a player who always makes the difference in the field. I'm very happy and proud of him. I hope he will win the Golden Ball one day, only he has to continue with the same work at Real Madrid”, Benzema said.

Benzema and Winnicius had formed a formidable partnership when during the 2021/22 season, they triumphed in the Champions League and managed to win La Ligan.
