The ideas resulted from a meeting of the Football Technical and Technical Consultative Group (FAP-TAP) Board of the Football Association (IFAB). According to current rules, THE Bible can only interfere in red cartons directly, not in the second yellow cartons leading out.
All proposals are still recommendations, but will be considered at the IFAB annual business meeting, which will be held on January 20th.
The agenda for the general annual meeting on 28 February will be determined there.
