Second match in the League of Conference group phase U n EFA, Gjilan's Light has equalled 1:1 to Cypriot team Omonia Nicosia at the “Fadil Vokri” stadium in Pristina.
The first goal in this match was marked by Arb Manaj in the 12th minute following the assistance of Besnik Krasniqi. In the 45th minute, however, Omonia Nicosia managed to match the Masouras G goal, which was assisted by EWandro.
After two matches at this stage, light has collected two points out of two draws and has yet to score victories in their European historic race. This is the first time light has qualified in European competitions, giving the club great importance in Kosovo football.
Next Light match in Conference League U n EFA will take place on November 6th against the Shelbourne team in Dublin.
