Through a post on the Social Truth, Trump called on Hamas the Palestinian group declared terrorist organisation by the United States and the European Union to release the remaining hostage troops killed, saying this step is necessary to move to the second phase.
“A large burden has been removed, but IT IS NOT PUNTED. T Um... DECH DO NOT IT IS KTHYER, HOW TO PROMED”, wrote Trump, the day after he stayed in Israel and Egypt to celebrate the war outcome agreement.
The second phase starts TANI”, he added.
The day before, Hamas freed all 20 living hostages as Israel in exchange freed close to 2,000 Palestinians in Israelite prisons.
Hamas has also handed over to the Red Cross the mortar remains of several dead hostages. This organization has then handed the troops over to Israel.
Israel and Hamas have accepted a 20-point plan presented by Trump. The first phase of the plan envisions the release of hostages, the Gaza truce, which has begun to apply.
The plan also envisions Hamas' disarming, demanded by Israel earlier, but had not been accepted by Hamas.
While in Israel on 13 October, Trump said that all are witnesses to a historic dawn of a new Middle East.
He then went to Egypt, a summit attended by over 20 world leaders. During the summit, he and the leaders of Qatar, Egypt and Turkey signed the peace plan in Gaza.
The Gaza War began on October 7, 2023, after Hamas attacked the south of Israel, killing about 1,200 people and kidnapping another 251. As a result of Israel's revenge offensive, more than 67,000 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip, according to the Health Ministry in this enclave. /Radio Free Europe
