According to DPS spokeswoman Angela Greep, the judge of the preliminary procedure, Mariorie Masseolot on October 10th has ordered the parties to show why these statements should remain confidential or seek their re-clarification as public, reports the “Betim for Justice“.
Another option, Masselot has demanded that if documents cannot be made completely public, if it is possible to surrender to edited public versions.
“Also, it invited the parties and the administration to co-ordinate between them, if necessary, to ensure compliance with the editings that will be implemented in the relevant provisions”, Greep said at the TSF weekly conference.
In addition, Masselot according to Greep, has noted that the preliminary procedure in this case is in conclusion, and by mid-November the case is expected to pass to the court.
But this may vary depending on the decisions of Appeals, which may result in adjustments to the deadline.
“to prepare the passage of the case and in view of the principle of publicisation procedures, the judge of the preliminary procedure and deemed it necessary to review the pre-accession classification score”, Greep said.
Otherwise, the spokeswoman indicated that a request by the Prosecutor has been dropped, which had called for additional measures in detention of Hashim Thaci, demanding a ban on visits for some people and not talking about any of the cases with disadvantaged visitors in the case of war crimes.
On the other hand, it also indicated that Thaci's detention has been continued for another two months. For both recent cases it reported “Justice Trust”.
