Spy suspect Fatmir Sheholli in heavy health condition is sent to KKUK

Sheholli has been arrested by police investigators from the Renda Crime Investigation Directorate, under the order of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, under suspicion of involvement in the criminal work of “Sunage”, based on Article 124, paragraph 3 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.

Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has appointed the 30-day detention measure at the request of the Special Prosecutor.

According to the Prosecutor's File, Shehlo allegedly was recruited by Serbia's Intelligent Service (BIA) and acted under the orders and instructions of BIA official Bojan Dimitri.

In the indictment, he has reportedly collected information on the confiscated properties of Serbs in Kosovo and has forwarded them through phone communication to Serbian intelligence officials.

Also, on September 26, 2025, in northern Mitrovica, Sheholli allegedly received audio and transcripts of talks by the Ministry for Communities and Kttim officials, who are allegedly compromised.

The prosecution points out that, through these actions, Sheholli knowingly and deliberately violated the security and judicial order of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as the integrity of its officials and citizens, helping an intelligent foreign service at the expense of state interests. /Periscope/
