Former Kosovo Parliamentary Army soldier Mecan Zodi has discovered in “Terminal” with Aurora Sulchen, in A2 CNN, how the command governing the war for the freedom of the people of Kosovo was organised.

He also said that in wartime, KLA soldiers had no means to cure their wounds, no more to commit organ trafficking as allegedly on the charge the Special Court filed.

The Special Court was established on the basis of organ trafficking, which has been very absurd even who declared it. We haven't had bandages to tie up the wounds of war let me do organ trafficking operations. I don't want to enter into the Kosovo Liberation Army structures not to be influenced, to leave competent people who talk about it. But I can talk about the brigade I've operated on. The brigade I operated was Commander Rusem Berisha. I was under the command of Anton Chun, commander of the Special Cositary Unit, and under his command was Xhemajl Fetah, commander of the unit that I have operated at commandal Delta forces. So where I operated was a regular military hierarchy”, said Zotaj at “Terminal”.

Asked about the position of Prime Minister Albin Kurti and his government towards the Special Court, Zotaj said they have strongly protested its establishment.

“The people who run the Kosovo government today have strongly protested that The Hague Special Court not be built, especially in The Hague. If it was necessary to build a special war crimes tribunal because it was required, it should be built in Kosovo just as Serbia and other states that have them in their countries. But Hashim Thaci himself and other factors strongly assisted by Edi Rama, who has come by special helicopter and tried at all costs to build the Special Court. They made only a huge mistake that they built. We've all been against it. They have entered the constitution, and its adoption is made with 2/3 of the Serb minority. So they created a Frankenstein they can't control anymore. Essentially if they wanted to undo it as they wanted to undo it when they learned that the Special Court took a completely different form and it was a betrayal of the promises that someone had given to Albanian leaders when it demanded its creation. Then every move has been impossible and the Kosovo government has no chance of making even a millimeter away. Because except it's intervention in justice, to break up the Special Court, it takes 2/3 of the Serb minority to vote on it, and that's absolutely unattainable”, Zoray said.. /Periscopi/
