Today, October 17, 2025, a rally will take place in “Square Skenderbej”, for which there will be temporary traffic jams on the New Boulevard, between 5:00 and 7:00.
On Saturday, October 18, 2025, during the development of activity “Marataona Fan Run”, there will be restrictions on movement from 0900 to 11:00, on the road segment stretching from “below Teresa” to the “Nation witness boulevard “.
On Sunday, October 19, 2025, due to the development of sports activity “Marathon in Tirana 2025”, there will be traffic restrictions between 0800 and 1600, on a series of main road segments, including:

The circulation of emergency and state police vehicles will normally continue on all routes.
Tirana police call on citizens to avoid moving by vehicles to restricted areas, to use alternative routes, and to follow instructions from police officers on the ground to ensure the management of activities and public safety.
