Investigations are developing with high intensity towards defendants A. G, Y.H. and M.G., while the investigation has expanded for criminal acts “Counterfeiting” and “False statements”, according to the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The prosecution has demanded the court prohibiting any judicial action on property until the completion of the trial process.

The prosecution freezes assets of over 10m euros in the Veternik prosecution case
The Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor announces the public opinion that in the case known as “Veternik's programme”, during the development of investigations by the date 13.10.2025 has frozen assets worth more than 10m euros by issuing temporary bans on a total of 7 hectares of land and has asked the court to issue the order through which until the completion of the trial process, to prevent those who have interest in selling, transfer, granting, reducing and loading property in question.
The 7 hectares estate is the specified asset for which there is suspicion that it has been acquired by criminal offence. The State Prosecutor is conducting investigations with the highest intensity and indictees A. G, Y.H. and M.G. has ruled on expanding investigations even in terms of criminal activity “Counterfeit document” from Article 390 and “False statements”, from KPRK Article 384.
