President Begaj: KLA is the foundation of Kosovo freedom

Albania's President Bajram Begaj has expressed his full support for the Kosovo Liberation Army today, naming it the foundation of Kosovo state freedom and pride of Albanian national history.

“The KLA is the foundation of Kosovo's freedom. It is the pride of our national history. No one can undo this legacy of bravery, sacrifice, heroism”, President Begaj wrote in a post on the social Facebook network, accompanied by photos from mass protests held in Tirana in support of former KLA fighters.

Hundreds of citizens, veterans and family of martyrs gathered today in “Square. Skender Beside”, with national flags and banners searching for “Justice for rescuers”.
