In the three-month preliminary rankings, Kosovo passports ranked 61st with 82 countries where you could travel without visas.

Albania's passport, formerly ranked 49th, is now 47th, with 122 countries in which you can go with it.

From passports of other countries in the region, Serbia's is ranked 36th, Bosnia and 47th, Montenegro 43rd and North Macedonia and 42nd.

Henley Passaport Index measures the power of passports, and for the first time in its 20-year history, the American passport has left it out of its top 10th list.

Three Asian passports now hold the ranking leadership: Singapore, with visa-free entry in 193 destinations worldwide; South Korea, at 190; and Japan, at 189.

Meanwhile, the United States ranks 12th in its latest quarterly ranking, on the same level as Malaysia.

Citizens of both countries enjoy visa-free entry in 180 of the 227 countries and territories followed by the index, which was established by the global consulting firm for citizenship and the London-based Henley & Partners, and uses exclusive data from the International Air Transport Association. /Periscope
