In Gjilan from the diaspora votes, when 85.71% were counted, Vetevendosje Movement's Alban Hyseni received 687 votes, while Arber Ismajli of the Democratic League of Kosovo received 482 votes.
This municipality will most likely go to the runoff, even though Hyseni was too close to conducting it in the first round. There are still parole votes and persons with special needs.
According to preliminary results, Hyseni in total, along with diaspora votes, has 22.140 votes, or 49.84%, while LDK's Ismajli has 15.245 votes, or 34.29%. /Periscope/
