“In order to implement Law No. 08/L-22 for Financing Political Subjects, the site of the Central Election Commission has been published audited reports of the financial declaration of the 28 political subjects participating in the Kosovo Assembly elections, which were held on February 9th 2025x1>, reportedly broadcasts the report. “According to this law, it is the legal obligation for political subjects competing in the election to hand over to the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Subject (ZRCKFSP) the financial election campaign report no later than 30 calendar days after the certificate of final results from CEC”.
