Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa in Ramallah, in Israel's Israeli-infested West Coast, has discussed the necessary steps to rebuild Gaza.
He has said the five-year programme is estimated to cost over $66 billion (49 billion), and will cover housing, social services, infrastructure, economy and governance, the BBC reports.
Mustafa says he is expected to support national and international partners, adding that Egypt hopes to call a “conference for the reconstruction of Gaza” in Cairo next month.
The Palestinian government reaffirms that effective governance in Gaza is an essential pillar of recovery and stability”, Mustafa told participants.
