France has the same new prime minister, Sébastien Lecornu, named for the first time on September 9th and subject to a sensational resignation Monday morning, just 13 hours after the government's painful formation, writes the career.
It is unclear whether the government will last longer this time, assuming that LeCornu, the last loyal soldier of President Emmanuel Macro, is able to form it.
