The property is located in the exclusive Cituta Diagonal neighbourhood in Esplogugue de Llobrgat, an area known for privacy, security and neighborage with other large names of Barca, such as Alejandro Balde and Ronald Araujo.
According to the Spanish media El País i n El PeriódicoThe villa is estimated at about 14m euros and extends to a land of 3,800 square metres, with three separate houses, internal and external pools, gyms and luxury facilities for relaxation, follows telegraph.
Yamal plans to transform the famous former couple's home into a modern sports residence equipped with private gym, recovery spaces, personal coach and advanced security system, a perfect haven for an elite athlete.
Designed in 2012 by architect Mira Ammetler for Shakira and Pique, the villa represented a symbol of their family life at the height of fame.
Now, it will become home to another emerging star, Lamine Yamal, who at the age of 18 is combining talent with the luxury of the football world and the showbiz. /Periscopi/
