According to Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia, the goal of the Battle Staff Course was the professional development of Kosovo Security Forces sub-commission officers (FSK) in the Military Determination Process (PVMU), the improvement of staff synchronization in combat functions and the advancement of command processes and control at the battalion and brigade level.
Meanwhile, Drilli's course of Sergeantship was aimed at training and preparing future KSF instructors who will be responsible for transforming new recruits into disciplined, physically skilled, and prepared in combat tactics.
