Protesters have filled “square. Skenderbej” in Tirana, in support of former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, who are in custody at The Hague.
KLA veterans are lined up in front of the Gjergoj Kastriottot -- Skenderbeu -- where they have done their prayers and honored the national hero figure.
Some of them carried KLA flags and banners with calls for justice.
The protest is expected to officially start at 5:00. Organisers have warned mass participation from Kosovo and the diaspora.
