Krasniqi has said that the incumbent government is doing nothing but fulfilling legal duties, Insander writes.
“The law on legal protection and financial support of persons charged with potential in judicial processes near Specialised Chambers has been adopted on August 3rd 2015 and has been declared with the Presidential Secret by then President Atifete Jahjaga on August 20, 2015.
Therefore, it is clear that the outgoing Government, along with the Ministry of Justice, is doing nothing more than its legal duty. Any attempt to present this as any act of political will or as special assistance is deliberate manipulation of public opinion and efforts to cover the real failures of governance.”, Krasniqi says.
