Islam Ukimer from PDK in Prizren, Kosovo's most voted asblist

With this high number of votes, Wikimer has become the most voted candidate in Prizren, but also the most voted assist in Kosovo level, not only inside The PDK, but also among all political parties in the Republic of Kosovo.
