These are election winners without runoff

From majority Albanian municipalities: Sami Lushtaku (PDK) leads Skenderaj with 83.45% of the vote, Ilir Ferati (LDK) leads to Istog with 58,78%.
Agim Aliu (PDK) has also secured a mandate with the first in Ferizaj with 56.47% of the vote.
Speed Bulqi (LVV) leads to Podujevo by 53.42%.
Imri Ahmeti (LDK) leads to Lipjan with 51.1.5%.
The Ramosaj (AAK) Union has secure victory in Decani with 51.57%.
Ramiz Ladrovci, has come out victorious in Drenas in the race for the first of this municipality, after counting all the locations there. Ladrovci has managed to get 52,31%, or 13,140 votes.
Ekrem Kastrati (Nisma) leads to Malisheva with over 53.50%.
