According to the defunct results released by the Central Election Commission (KQZ), the votes of exiles have changed the candidates' rankings in Mitrovica, while in Gjilan, Dragas and Yunik the situation remains unchanged the municipalities are expected to go to the second round.

The voting count process by the diaspora, which has started Friday afternoon, confirms that Gjilan will go to the runoff. From the proportion of 85% of votes coming from abroad, Vetevendosje Movement candidate Alban Hyseni ranks first with 51.77% of the vote, but without reaching the 57% threshold, how much it needs to secure victory in the first round.

In Mitrovica, meanwhile, diaspora votes have overturned the preliminary outcome. According to initial results from the Municipal Counting Centre, candidate The PDK, Arrian Tahiri, led with only 40 votes more than LVV candidate Faton Peci (15,393 votes against 15,353). Following the diaspora vote count, Peci received 392 votes, while Tahiri 236. In total, Peci now has 15,745 votes, while Tahiri 15,629, creating a 116-vote advantage in favour of Vetevendosje's candidate.

In Pristina, diaspora votes are expected not to significantly change the outcome.

The victory in Shtime has confirmed the VV candidate, Kemajl Aliu, with 51.63% of the vote, in front of PDK Progress Ramusa, which received 35.1.5%.

The number of votes from the diaspora has ended in Enik, where LDK's Ruzhdi Shehu received 50.97% of the vote, while behind him ranks Agron Kuci with 35.34%.

In Dragash, LDK candidate Bexhet Dzedinini has won over 55% of the diaspora vote, while the diaspora candidate PDK, Shaban Shabani, 25.43%.

The Magyar vote has provided another mandate to current Elez Khan chairman Mehmet Baldza from PDK. Of the two ballot boxes of this municipality, in one of them, Balage received 84 votes, while his opponent, Rufki Suma, 55 votes./Periscopi/
