Kemal Aliu Vetevendosje has received 51.63 per cent, or 379 votes -- Progress Ramusa PDK 35.15 or 258, Kastriot Shabani LDK 13.22 per cent or 97 votes Rame Bislimi AAK- not a vote.
The CEC's preliminary results show that the winner Kemal Ali from the VV at 50.47 per cent, or 6,934, ahead of the Ramisa Progress by PDK with 37.13 per cent or 5.101 votes.
