The first court hearing against Dusan Gavranic, Zoran Sharac and Zarko Cvetanovic, will be held on October 22nd at 1: 00 p.m. at the Hallvala Justice Palace, Pristina Foundation Court reports.
The trial will take place in the absence of defendants.
“According to the Special Prosecutor's Proposal of the Republic of Kosovo, the trial in this case will be carried out in the absence of indictees, because the same have been elusive until the moment of the establishment of the indictment”.
“also, calls on all persons who possess relevant information regarding the whereabouts of the accused, to communicate this information to the Kosovo Police or other competent bodies”, it says in the report, broadcasts Periscope.
Justice organs call on Gavranic, Sharac and Cvetanovic to appear and surrender to the bodies of the Kosovo Republic's prosecution.
