Court in Ferizaj gives 13 years in prison suspected of sexual assault and abuse of minors

According to the trial pronounced by the court panel led by Judge Shabi Idrizi, K.S. It is condemned for the criminal offence of the ongoing sexual assault, based on Article 229 paragraph 6 concerning paragraph 1 and Article 77 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK), to 10 years in prison.

He has also been sentenced to 4 years in prison for the other criminal work... sexual abuse of persons under the age of 16, according to Article 235 paragraph 1 points 1.3 about Article 81 of KPRK.

The total sentence pronounced against the defendants has been brought together in a unique sentence of 13 years in prison, conform Article 76 paragraph 2 of the Penal Code. The sentence will also account for the time spent in detention. The court has ordered the detention measure against the defendants to continue until the full might of the indictment, but no more than the time of the pronounced sentence.

According to the indictment, K.S. has exercised forbidden sexual acts against two minors aged 12 and 14, during the 2012502013 times and 20182022, in the same location, exploiting the circumstances and minor age of victims.

The parties in the procedure have a right to complaint within 30 days of accepting the written act, which is submitted to the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Foundation Court at Ferizaj.
