The voting count process from local elections is continuing through the Municipal Counting Centre (QKN), while in four municipalities this process has already been completely completed in Han Elez, Yunik, Mamusa and Zvecan, the Central Election Commission has announced on Tuesday.
The CEC has said that by 4: 00 p.m. on Tuesday, the process has been closed in these four municipalities, while at the same time it started working on three other Municipal Counting Centres in Pristina, Podujevo and Klokot, which had problems with the internet during the morning.
The CEC's announcement says three key activities are under way in the CKN simultaneously: verifying results from the mayoral elections, verifying the results of political subjects from the municipal assembly elections, and counting the votes of candidates for members of municipal municipalities.
According to the current data, by 4: 00 p.m., the results have been verified for 550 polling options for mayors and for 334 seats from the municipal assembly elections. But out of 334 seats have been counted the votes of candidates for members of municipal municipalities.
