The Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Subjects reports that today, October 17th 2025, starting at 18:00, will begin the process of counting the ballots sent by voters outside Kosovo.
The counting process will be carried out in the presence of observers accredited by the media and representatives of political subjects, in accordance with rules set by the Central Election Commission.
In total, 11 counting tables are organized, while any accredited media can send out a (1) observer for each table.
