Counting ends in 34 municipalities, Pristina still under way, results from the diaspora expected to be published today

According to the CEC, until 10: 00 p.m. on Saturday (October 18th), activities at the CKN are closed in 34 municipalities, including: Elez's Hanin, Junik, Mamusa, Zvecan, Ranilug, Partesh, Northern Mitrovica, Zubin Potok, Decani, Shkne, Kline, Shtrpce, Obilic, Istog, Skenderaj, Vita, Rahovec, Suhareka, Dragash, Kacanik, Lipjan, Ferizaj, Kamenica, Drenas, Vushtrri, Gjarova, Graca, Graca, South Mitrovica, Podova, Pajjaveve, Kacanik, Kposu, and Leposavi.
The municipalities that have yet to complete the verification of results for the mayors and the Communist Empire are: Pristina, Prizren, Gjilani and Maliseva.
CECU spokesman Valmir Elezi declared: “According to information from the Municipal Counting Centre, by 10:00 this Saturday, the results have been verified for 2,463 seats from the Communist Speakers' elections and results for political subjects from the election for Municipal Places from 2,446 seats. Of as many options, 2,446, the votes of candidates from the Communist Framework elections have been counted. So, so far, out of 5,142 ballot boxes belonging to two types of elections, 4,909 have been processed. ”
According to him, the counting process for voting outside Kosovo via mail (from 17 September to 11 October 2025) is continuing.
He added that during the day the CEC will publish results from this count, which is expected to be completed in the coming days.
