Regarding this development, Eugen Cakoli from the Kosovo Democratic Institute has said votes abroad could affect the final outcome in 15 municipalities.
He in a Facebook post said they could substantially change the fate of Sunday's election race.
“Although they make up only about 1.4% of the total total vote, they could substantially change the fate of the election race. By assuming that all votes will be valid (usually not so), MATTEMATIKST, they can directly influence the outcome of the following 15 municipalities, whether to determine whether to run a run-off or not, whether in the final rankings of the”.
