Full response:
The criminal charge exercised by the South Mitrovica municipality's candidate for chairman, Mr. Faton Peci, doesn't meet any of the elements of the criminal act: The aim of free voter definition.
That is because, the violation of the free definition of voters, according to the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code (Nen 210), determines that the head of this criminal act should, with the use of force or with serious overlap, or with misuse of economic or professional dependence on voters, influence or force it to vote in a certain way or vote in elections.
In a word, this action may be viewed as an attempt to attract attention or electoral profit, but there is no legal value in the judiciary and can easily be thrown out as unfounded.
