Kuci through a post on the Facebook social network has said that following the publication of facts and evidence for manipulations with voter lists and exchanges of settlements, it has become the object of attempted intimidation and blackmail.
After publicly denouncing scandals and election abuses occurring in our municipality, committed by individuals and groups who do not want the good of Yunik, I have today faced another low act of life threats and attempted intimidation and blackmail,” has said Kuci.
He has stressed that one of the people who has threatened him, according to him, is a militant of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and municipal official. Kuci says the case has already been presented in competent organs.
In addition to trying to through the people who have come to my home, seeking to pull out of demutation of residential manipulations and voter lists, I have today accepted direct life threats from, A.M. militant of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), which is also municipal official”.
There have also been indirect threats from activists of this party during the campaign, but I ignored them to keep calm in Junik and not damage the election process. However, threats like these today cannot be ignored, so I have presented the case to competent bodies. Those who deceived and slandered him, who bought votes for large sums and smuggled voters from other municipalities through the shift of settlements, now, after being discovered and confronted with facts and evidence, are trying to silence the truth with threats and pressures. This is the face of a political caste that, for power, knows no moral, legal limits, no human” has written.
Kuci has added that he will not stop in his efforts to <x0th and defend truth”, despite pressure.
But I want to assure everyone that I neither fear nor turn back. I have faced such threats from the then regime, but neither have I bowed down, nor will I today bow down. I will continue to tell and defend the truth, work for right, dignity, and the future The Yunik and the Unikas. Because Yunik deserves justice, not fear. You deserve dignity, not threats. It deserves development, not corruption behind power.
You deserve real work, no. He said it.
