The AAK candidate for chairman of Junik, Agron Kuci, has complained to the Central Election Commission, claiming an unusual increase in the number of voters, who have neither address, surnames, jobs or any ties to Junic.
Kuci after verifying the vote takes second place with 40.68 per cent, while leading LDK's Ruzhdi Shehu with 47.91 per cent. Shehu has 1193 votes from Kuci 1013. The diaspora and conditional votes are not counted.
AAK member in the CEC, Muharrem Nitaj, has said that changing voter settlements is disturbing, including changing municipalities where they vote.

He has said that the issue of changing polling, particularly about the transition of voters from one municipality to another, should be identified as a serious problem for these local elections and not repeat in the upcoming elections.
E Daut Haradinaj has requested investigation by the prosecution.
The procedure to investigate the election process in Yunik, in this municipality also voted citizens of other municipalities! Yunik, as an election zone, has many citizens from other cities who are very organised as Yunik voters. This constitutes criminal offence and should urgently be investigated. The CEC should publish the electoral list of this municipality, as this is very clear as the numeric criminal domination scheme”, Haradinaj wrote.
