Haradinaj stressed that the clashes between Rama and Kurti are not new and that “exchanges” between them have long appeared. According to him, Kurti was wrong in the way he handled the KLA issue.

The first “is that Kurti has not attended Albania for four years. There's a little bit of Albania, despite its national association slogan. Last year, it has gone to Greece 27 times, while Albania has never visited it in that year”, Haradinaj said.

When asked by journalist Alba Gianni how she explains to his children the Kosovo War, Haradinaj said she tries not to burden them with the past.

I get as low as I can feed them with the past, because I necessarily feed them with hatred over another party. But I can't escape from the truth because I have family members who died during the war. To get past my family, I have to go to the 100 martyrs I have in my backyard. The real situation in Kosovo speaks for itself, there is no need for many explanations. There are no families who have not experienced violence in one form or another, not necessarily in blood. There are no Albanian families that have not sheltered a family from Kosovo. It's an emotion that people have to experience, not to deal with the past, because we're now in a new era. Our goal is something else. The more we deal with the future, the more we increase the value of the past”, exhumed Haradinaj.
