Qosa was an important Kosovo football figure, especially during the difficult years of occupation (1990-1999), but even after the war, as judge and later as a judge observer.
It belonged to the Republic generation, a period when sportsmen and sports workers, with extraordinary courage, took a stand for the education of sports and statehood in the face of Serbian occupationists.
With Enver Qosa's life divided, telegram comfort also sent the Kosovo Football Federation.

Dear Qosa Family,
With deep sorrow we received the news of the life-free separation of your beloved and one of the biggest contributors to Kosovo football, Enver Qosa, so please accept the most sincere condolences in my name, the Executive Committee of FFK and the entire Kosovo football community.
Enver was an important figure in Kosovo's football, especially during the difficult years of occupation (1990-1999), but even after the war, as judge and later as justice observer. It belonged to the Republic generation, a period when sportsmen and sports workers, with extraordinary courage, took a stand for the education of sports and statehood in the face of Serbian occupationists.
As author judge, Enver Qosa shared justice in the improvised football fields with unprecedented courage and determination, never bowing back in the face of pressure and threats from the Serbian regime. He and many of his colleagues became a symbol of resistance and inspiration for young people of the day.
In addition to his contribution to football, Enver was an example throughout his life in educating new generations of laptops, both as a teacher and as a school principal, as he distinguished himself from organizing numerous domestic activaries.
In these difficult times, we share the pain with you and stay close to coping with this great loss.
The family lost their boyfriend, while football and society lost a personality of high human and professional value.
May the memory of Enver Qosa be eternal!
