When Albin QuantI-HIBID distributes employment folders at KEK, it's not about mere abuse. It's pure usurpation of power.
KEK is not his property, nor are employment his powers. The move violates any institutional norm and humbles the basic principles of democracy.
In a country where the prime minister declares himself recruits, employees and beneficiaries of public gratitude, there is no room for institutions. There is only one man who sells power and demands moral debt from citizens. This is not a state. It's a theater of absolute domination.
