Norway can become the first country to remove the V system AR

Norway is expected to become the first country to abandon the VAR after 19 of the first 32 football division clubs in this country voted to remove the video reference.

After four months of consultations with clubs, footballers and fan groups, first and second Norwegian division clubs voted to remove it WAR, as they began the recommendation to the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF), which will make the definition decision.

NFF is expected to make final decision in March, while “ESPN” learns that the Norwegian football house can even cancel this result, follows “Gazeta Express”.

The first Norwegian football division, Eliteserien, had introduced THE VAR in 2023, while fans from around the country had vocally rejected the decision.

At the beginning of this season, the match between Rosenboorg and Lilettetr '%m was interrupted as fans had fired fish cake and other items to protest the VAR.

Other fights were interrupted by champagne taps, tennis balls, and so on.

The riots that caused fans led to the period of consultations and the possibility of removing VAR from the Norwegian Federation.
