The Kosovo government, led by Albin Kurti, has sent <x0-responsion to writing, recently since the Kosovo Security Force is not deployed in the north of the country without the preliminary authorisation of the NATO Peacekeeping Mission in the country, KFOR, respectively, by the force commander.
Thus officially confirmed for Nacional by KFOR in a written reply, asked for Italian Commander Enrico Bardoni's statement, which announced on 12 December to RTK2 that Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia has launched written guarantees that the KSF does not go north without their consent.
National: And this written-shaped pledge that KFOR Commander said came as your request for the government to confirm the 2013 pledge, or came a partial sign of goodwill?
KFOR: On this specific issue that you raised, we're not able to disclose further details.
But they say their response, about “recent written resubmission” This thing KFOR “welcomes” and that it reflects KFOR's regular dialogue with Kosovo security institutions.
For letter sent by former Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, KFOR does not give at all a unilateral pledge, but as “NATO-Kosovo Agreement”.
This goes completely against what Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti presents, who calls “unilateral devotion” which gives exclusive dimensions to Hashim Thaci's guilt.
And that, furthermore, the last time on KTV said that “I don't understand why he did”.
KFOR's response follows...
“Based on the 2013 NATO-Kosovo Agreement, any deployment of the Kosovo Security Forces (FSK) north of Kosovo requires preliminary authorisation by KFOR Commander”, KFOR for Nacional says in response.
“We welcome Kosovo's continued respect and recent writing re-offer, reflecting KFOR's regular dialogue with representatives of Kosovo security organisations, including Mr. Macedonia. transparent communication and timely co-ordination is key to sustainable security in Kosovo and regional stability”.
For this specific issue that you raised, we're able to state details of this”, the answer follows.
The rest of the listening is the old template ʹmandati based on the KS Resolution 1244 The UN...
How did Kurt do that letter again?
I don't understand why Hashim Thaci did it... our army was geographically divided: here he does, here he does... this is the worst for the army”.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albon Kurti returned to Hashim Thaci's 2013 letter on the issue of sending the KSF to the north to mark it as the initial evil of today's security problems in the north.
Kurti in the interview (i.e. political massage) at Shkelzen Gashi and Rron Gjinnovci, he called that letter “soku (throwing) his own” in the position of state prime minister.
But there was a trick.
“
Three weeks ago, KFOR Commander Enrico Berdoni indicated that the issue of (no) the surrender of the Kosovo Security Force to the country's northern areas, Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia “written” has reconfirmed the famous pledge ú under the infamous.
“We welcome the KSF's continued respect for their 2013 pledge not to settle in northern Kosovo without FKOR's consent and prior authorisation. This vow was recently confirmed in writing by (Security Minister Ejup) Macedonia”, Bernini said at RTK2 on 12 December.
