The Special Supreme has rejected Haxhi Shala's request for protection of legitimacy concerning keeping him in custody.
The decision was taken Monday by the Supreme Court panel consisting of judges Ekaterina Trendafilova (chief judge), Christine van den Vajgart and Daniel Fransen.
“Panel found that no substantial violation of procedures has been made on the part of the Pre-Procedure Procedure Court, which originally ordered further detention of the accused, and the Court of Appeals panel, which confirmed the” ruling, is said in special announcement.
Shala and Ismet Bahtiri and Sabi Januzi are also accused.
