Prosecutor issues ban order against Sequirah, four other people

In a press release Monday, the prosecution said five suspects in the case were detained at the prosecutor's decision.
The suspects are Salih Sekiraqa, Robert Llumnica, Korab Gashi, Fatos Abazi and Valdrin Ademi.
Investigations into them have begun in the direction of criminal acts: serious murder in co-ordination and illegal weapons.
“Criminal case has been launched in the direction of the criminal offence murder in co-ordination, as well as the criminal conduct of possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons, where in this case, five (5) persons --” -- said the Pristina Prosecutor, Paparaci reported.
The prosecution said investigative actions are under way in identifying other persons involved in this case, “, since it is allegedly that in this case other persons still not identified” are involved.
The report reportedly has made the country's security of the event by Kosovo Police, as well as investigative actions by the Forenzice Unit, at the order of the state prosecutor.
The body that was found at the scene was also sent to the Pristina Institute of Legal Medicine to become Autopsia”, the Pristina Prosecutor's Office said.
The five suspects, who have been wounded as a result of gunfire, are members of the Sequiqa and Gashi families. Two families are at odds.
The wounded were rushed to the CKUK Emergency Centre on Sunday and are currently out of danger for life, directors of Abdominal Surgery and Orthopedic clinics confirmed today.
