Dialogue with Serbia was almost the head of meetings Prime Minister Albin Kurti had on Friday with the emissar of this process and other international actors.
As international pressure has been mounting for the parties to implement the agreements, Prime Minister Kurti stressed the need for signing and implementing the Basic Agreement and its annex.
Despite successive messages being sent to Pristina and official Belgrade, connoisseurs of this process do not expect concrete steps from the parties this year.
Those who convey developments in the process of dialogue say the European Union should change strategy so that the parties can enforce the agreements thus far.
Days earlier, the Peace and Democracy Summit was held in Pristina, from where foreign ambassadors in Kosovo said that apart from dialogue, there is no alternative for Kosovo and Serbia. / RTK
