The agency” Associated Press” confirmed the news, where it said UEFA has decided this way because only Albania-Serbia bid has presented detailed plans for this tournament, writes IndexOnline.
” U n EFA said Thursday that only Serbia-Albania's bid met a deadline this week to present detailed tournament plans. Belgium and Turkey had expressed interest earlier in the tendering process planned to be set at a 16 December meeting of UEFA's executive committee.
The Serbian and Albanian football federations joined in May to plan organising the tour with 16 teams played every two years, which needs eight stadiums to host 31 matches.”, the AP reported.
