“Sulmi over the Twin Towers in New York on the morning of September 11, 2001, which claimed the lives of some 3,000 innocent people, terrified the world. This tragedy, not just an act of violence, but an attack on the values of freedom, democracy and co-existence that divide democratic countries around the world
This terrorist and barbarous act was a direct attack not only for the United States but also for the entire Western world; it was an attack on Western democratic values.
Today, when over two decades have passed from the moment of this ugly act, we remember and solidify with the families of the victims of September 11th who lost their lives in innocence from the radical mania of a terrorist attack.
Kosovo will always stand side by side with the United States of America, defending freedom, peace and democracy as common values of our two peoples! ”
